How do I add music or podcasts to my BUILDLink website?

You’d like to embed music or podcasts on your BUILDLink website? Simply do so by adding links to your website.

Add music or podcast via Spotify or iTunes

  1. Log in to your BUILDLink account and choose the desired website
  2. Click Edit Website to enter your BUILDLink website’s edit mode
  3. Hover over the content area and click on Add Block
  4. Click Music and choose one of the blocks on the left
  5. Click on the music block to add the link to your Spotify or iTunes track
  6. Confirm your selection by checking the box

Once you publish your website, your users will be able to listen to your music and podcasts.

Add music or podcast via Smart Apps

You can add content from Soundcloud, Bandcamp or Anchor via our block Smart Apps. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your BUILDLink account and choose the desired website
  2. Click Edit Website to enter your BUILDLink website’s edit mode
  3. Hover over the content area and click on Add Block
  4. Click Smart Apps
  5. Use the search bar to look for Soundcloud, Bandcamp or Anchor. Alternatively, you can scroll down the list until you find the right option
  6. Click on the block and add the URL
  7. Save the changes

Where do I find the links?

Spotify or iTunes

This is how you copy the link to your track:

  1. Go to the Spotify or iTunes website
  2. Search for the track you’d like to embed
  3. Click on the three horizontal dots (⋯) next to it
  4. Choose Share > Copy link

Smart Apps

For most platforms, you can search for the content that you want to share on your website and obtain the URL under the Share options.
