How do I manage my bookings?

Within the detailed view of your bookings, you can see all the participants, get in touch with them and - should something unexpected happen - cancel the booking.

Managing bookings

  1. Make sure that you’re logged in to your BUILDLink account and choose the desired website
  2. Click on Bookings in the left menu, then choose Schedule
  3. If slots for your event have been booked, you can click on View participant list here. You’ll then see the names and email addresses of your participants and the number of additional people they will bring with them
    • Participants of services are listed individually
    • Note that you’ll receive a notification email every time a booking is made or if somebody cancels their booking
  4. If you’d like to get in touch with your participants to inform them about something, then click on the three dots (⋮) next to the event and choose Contact all participants
    • The email addresses for participants of services are displayed directly underneath the respective booking

Cancelling an event or service

If you have to cancel an event or service, we recommend informing the participants about the reasons in a separate email and offering them alternative dates, resp. refunds in case participants have already paid. Proceed as described above to get in touch with the participants. You can cancel the appointment itself like this:

  1. Make sure that you’re logged in to your BUILDLink account and choose the desired website
  2. Click on Bookings in the left menu, then click Schedule
  3. Click on the three dots (⋮) next to the event or service that will be cancelled and choose Cancel date / Cancel Appointment
  4. Done! The appointment is now deleted and your participants will receive an automatically generated email
